After all these years I'm about to watch the Sopranos for the first time

been reading the hype on this show on this web site and Sohh for years. finally bout to watch. I hope its as good as the wire and Breaking Bad or better.

These dramas - The Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The Shield, Oz, Mad Men - are all in the same realm for me. They're all on or around the same level.

i've seen the wire, bb, and oz and i'd put them all on the same level. guess i'll be checking out the rest

Great show. Great replay value because of the humor. They fukked up the last season terribly, but it's still more than worth the viewing experience.

Its not better than the Wire or Breaking Bad, by a fair margin, but its still one of the greatest shows of all time and required viewing.

The sopranos is the best drama ever. Sorry its better than the Wire and Breaking Bad isnt even on the same level as those 2 shows.

Not to mention Sopranos really birthed the whole hour long hbo drama type show.
