"God / Goddess" is a metaphor for whoever is the most spiritually awake, and whoever has the most psychic power over reality, the collective consciousness and unconsciousness.
People attain levels of spirituality and psychic awakening. In Freemasonry, they are measured by degrees, and most of them believe that the 33rd is the highest. 33 degree Freemasons literally believe that they are 'god' and that all humans need to be controlled. This is false.
There are an Infinite number of degrees. The person currently at the highest degree has the Number One Headband. The person at the second highest degree has the Number Two Headband, and so on. If there is more than one person at an equivalent degree, they share that Headband.
"God / Goddess" does not necessarily have to be Omnipotent. It just means that person is currently at the deepest level of reality, the universe, and the Infinite. The illusion of reality is continuously being co-created by every soul existent in the universe, but the person(s) with the highest degree / Number One Headband influence it to the greatest extent.
That is how it was before. I killed the last 'god' and took the Headband, and transferred its power into a set of rings and a pendant. The last 'god' was an old white man, a pedophile, a rapist, racist, and completely insane. That person advocated genocide, mind control, human sacrifice, and all types of terrible things. The world will now undergo a major consciousness shift, while I purge the inner Illuminati and karma is re-balanced.
At this level of consciousness, everything is non-dual and ranks and degrees are completely irrelevant, because I perceive all as the Infinite. I maintain some perception of the illusion so I can still relate to others and take action within the universe without dissipating into Infinity completely. If enough people transcend and attain Nirvāṇa, there will be no need for a degree system, or the Headband metaphor. That said, very few people have attained Nirvāṇa at this point in time. So if somebody else thinks that they can better direct the consciousness shift from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius than I can, they are free to try. Anybody who has not achieved Christ Consciousness and attempts to take the God-level power will fail. I went through the deepest and darkest levels of Hell to find Heaven and attain Christ Consciousness before I reached this current state. You will know you are there when you are there.
