i've said before i prefer not to use terms like african or african american because imo these are social constructs that are embedded in us and sometimes harmful to our collective consciousness. but i use the term here because i want to be clear about my intended audience for this video.

i am interested to hear how africans and african-americans perceive the viewpoints in this video?

i dont agree with everything he says but i think he makes some good points.

I'm not really into the labels, but African American and Black are cool with me. If it was up to me I would be labelled Native African American because my grand dad was 100% Choctaw. But it doesn't really matter to me in the end as long as I'm treated as I treat others.
