It's great that black women are going to school but I don't get why people keep bringing this up like it's something monumental and noteworthy.
How many of them have graduated?
How many of them have been able to find jobs post-college?
How many of them have started a business?
How many of them have invested in their community?
How many of them have foregone wearing weave?
I will get trolled and negged but I honestly believe these are important questions. People think studying nursing at a community college is a marker for success.
I think you missed the point of the video.
It wasn't just that "black women are going to school" it's that they're outpacing damn near everyone
regardless of race OR gender for enrollment.
As far as enrollment goes they're above both asian men and white women according to the video.
With that said I think it'd be perfectly acceptable to both troll AND neg you for trying
to belittle something that is clearly impressive no matter how you slice it.
But then again I can't help but feel I've been trolled when I seriously replied to someone
who used "How many of them have foregone wearing weave ?" as criteria for
doing better as a people
