advice on new imminent 360 purchase

So my old xbox didn't make it on a recent trip. Claims I have no saved games, freezes all the time. I've thrown it in the bushes.

I see this nice looking deal on the walmart website where I get a 4gb black xbox, controller, year of live, and a choice of game for 225 or so?

Seems good, no?

Will I be able to get this deal in store? I'm one of those instant gratification types. Also, how many points do I need to dl the skyrim expansion? I feel I need that.

Go for the Series X instead.
