Does anybody own an adjustable height power tower? Used to get in at the park for the past few years..rain.sleet.snow or heat. Park is now doing construction.

Need a sturdy adjustable one to be used indoors in space with max 78 inch clearance.

Sturdy as in...can hold 300 lbs as I use weight vests.

No googles, but if you've purchased or used one..I'd appreciate recommendations or suggestions.

I’ve got an iron gym pullup bar with rings mounted on them for dips

i never trusted those in door frame bars....

ring dips> though

I use blast straps....and rings, blast straps, trx shyt on regular dips
Don’t. A fat boy used my shyt and bent it when I wasn’t home. Came back and hit some pull-ups and the shyt collapsed, chipped my front tooth in the process as well as feeling woozy as shyt for a few minutes afterwards.

decided on this

high (53 inches tall) dip station with arms that angle out from 21 to 23 inches

abandoned the power tower idea all together

instead of pullups and chinups...going to be doing Australian pullups, rows, and trying to do variations of rack pulls

I have suspension trainers...and I think there's enough height and space on the sides to hang them from the arms and do suspension dips
hanging them the long way will allow me to suspension pushups and flyes
