Adding whey protein to a high fiber smoothie or drink.

I often drink fiber while trying to be fit only because I’m obsessed with cleaning my insides clean just as much as I am with being healthy.

So now I’ve decided to make 3 high fiber drinks to drink after each meal.

But since I’m trying to gain muscle I wanted to know if it’s ok to add whey protein to my fiber drinks?

If you're eating correctly, your shouldn't need fiber drinks unless you have some sort of medical jssue let alone "3 high fiber" drinks.

That's like someone saying "well I want to be even more healthy so I take 2-3doses of daily vitamins ( vitamin supplements) per day, because I want to be healthier".

Your body doesn't reward, extra credit. Too much fiber will fukk you up.

I'm not telling you not to do it, I'm telling you be careful. Find and know your limits.
