adding Burpess to my workout is cutting me up

I added 20 burpess to.my regimen and that shyt is cutting me up. I did 40 yesterday and my body is sore like I did arm and leg day, but I didnt lift a weight. shyt shocks your body if you're not used to it.

Pull-ups
Pushups
Dips
Burpees
Box Jumps
Jump roping

Put an hour on the clock and rotate exercises with little to no breaks in between
