I've never witnessed a more dynamic season by one single player, and that's without taking into account his injury comeback. I can't believe this was a playoff team, in arguably the best division in the NFL.

:salute:

2006 Ladanian Tomlinson is the GOAT season for a running back though :ld:

  • Set record for touchdowns
  • Set record for points scored
  • Team went 14-2
  • Had 1800+ rushing yards
  • Led running backs in receiving yards

Brady went for it on 1st and goal on the 1 when Pats were up 35 points
Ponder handed off to Toby Gurrhart when the Vikes were up big :usure:

Lol @ that bullshyt. I'm a fan of Lt but touchdowns and points is irrelevant. He had a better team. Ad coulda scored that many tds if his team was half as good as the chargers that year. He would have gave up some yrds no doubt. The receiving yrds was impressive though

He is up there..

With

Brady 07
Manning 04
Faulk 99

Marshell faulks 99 season is one of the most insane season for a RB in the history tho. I don't give a fukk.

Dude had 1,381 rushing 1,048 receiving. Still cannot believe they gave Warner the MVP over Faulk that year.

You could play hypotheticals all you want, but the numbers -- and honestly, my eye test -- point to L.T.'s 2006 being better. Plain and simple.

2,323 total yards for Tomlinson
33 total TD for Tomlinson

About double the touchdowns and more total yards, which is thought to be AD's biggest advantage.

LETS BE REAL... MOSS WAS THE MVP OF 07.
nikka CAME TO NE & TURNED THEM INTO AN OFFENSIVE JUGGERNAUT.
TOOK BRADY FROM 24 TO 50 TDS IN ONE SEASON.
OPENED UP EVERYTHING FOR THE WHOLE OFFENSE.

THIS THE SAME nikka THAT GAVE DAUNTE CULPEPPER A 39 TD SEASON.

BRADY MY DUDE,
BUT IM TIRED OF nikkaS NOT GIVING MOSS HIS RIGHTFUL CREDIT.

Moss was amazing that year. Some of those TD's catches where nuts. Brady was just chucking it up in triple coverage, and Moss would come down with it.

But brady only had like 7 ints that year. And don't forget That was the year Welker blew up.

But ya I can def see your point.

he could has stopped playing 2 games ago and would have still had one of the goat seasons, the 8 game stretch he had was insane

the sad thing is most people actually didnt watch the entire games. vikings defense played lights by the end and and blair walsh had a great (understatement) season.

they literally could have had percy return the kick/punt, AD carry for 20 yds or so and christian pass for like 7 clutch yards and blair kick it from the 40 yd line.

Couldn't agree more... Brady was amazing but he was helped greatly by Moss, Welker and that godly O-Line.

Moss had a GOAT receiving season that year.

AD out here just completely carrying his team to the playoffs the second half of the season was incredible. :wow:
