So Im on vacation for two weeks, but I still maintain routine, doing workouts at the local park and running about 3 miles a day. Whixh is a huge change kf pace, since I did no cardio during my other routine. Anyway my achilles heel feels like its about to pop, how do I heal amd prevent this in the future?
