I think the real question is were they ever in the studio together working on a song?

Nas and Kanye were on this DJ Premier track together, and its clear from the video they recorded separately.

There's plenty of rappers with features and recorded verses, samples, on their mixtapes and songs. That don't mean they worked together if that shyt came prepackaged and giftwrapped.

French has been wallowing in the obscure alleys of Rap for sometime now. I think he just wants something to talk about that may spark some interest. Which it has.

I'm sure he knows what he's saying is false.

Breh, in the interview Frenchie says the song was already recorded and he spoke on how he sent it to Nas. French and Flex really thought this was the first track Nas and 'Ye worked on together in any capacity.

Saul Williams told the story of We Major being made. It was a full on in person collabo / studio session, not just verses sent back and forth.

And it went exactly how people would imagine

- Nas had no idea Kanye ghosted Poppa Was a Playa

- Kanye went on a grandiose rant as an opener, and Nas was like wtf?

- Confirms Nas basically quick-wrote it / free'd it in that session
