I'm in the job market for a new one and I have been for a while. I've had a few interviews here and there but nothing has obviously worked. In the past, I've used looking for a challenge, but now that I'm thinking about that response, it seems to let on that once I figure out a new job and the challenge is gone, then I'll just hop to the next one.

I actually do have an issue with my job now to the point that job duties and roles are seemingly changed on a monthly basis and we seem to sometimes throw things at a wall, hoping that they stick. Also, specifically with my job, they have figured out a formula that grades our efficiency and if we fall below a certain threshold, it gives superiors reason to start termination proceedings. I score exceptionally well but it's not the point here, its the principle.

Anyways, I'm educated with an MBA in the field that I work (health care management) so I'll leave this looking for some advice.

Thanks.

I guess you should just tailor fit your reasons for looking for a new job with whatever the mission statement of the specific employers you're sending your resume to. For example, some employers may be looking for people who are interested in an "exciting opportunity" or who stress "customer service" or whatever. So stating that you're looking for a "new challenge" might not register on their radar.

If you send out the same generic statement, chances are it will get lost in the sea of resumes.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
fukk begging people for jobs. The shyt is so sickening to me at this point. I hate my job with a passion and it's basically killed any designer to be an employee for anyone else again.

When I leave I will either work as an independent contractor, start my own company or the combination of both.
