Going to subscribe to the local paper and the Guardian. Looking for a good high-end paper national paper in the US (fukk the NYT)

They have news stations that play on local TV, get you a digital antenna.
Other than that.
Max, Prime, and Peacock got 24 news stations. Max is CNN with an international feel.
Prime has news channels thru Freevee which is free.
Peacock has the big city NBC news channels plus NBC news live which is free.
I believe Tubi also has some local news.

They are a bit too right of center in the OPEds but I cycle Wall Street Journal subs every few years when I can get a good deal on it.
I like reading news content when I can over TV
I get most of my news here, but it's biased towards Qatar.

Al Jazeera America might have been the best news channel I've seen, they didn't last too long though. Pretty sad when they went under.I get most of my news here, but it's biased towards Qatar.

PBS/NPR are pretty good and NPR usually have a local component as well
nyt still has the widest and best coverage nationally, just have to know how to parse the bs like any other media source
