So a local gym here is having some type of special $1 down and $10 a month . The deal ends on Wednesday its a ok gym , not too fancy not too ratchet , my girl currently goes there

:lupe: problem is am only really doing it cause it cheap , am pretty much out of shape ,am 5'9 158lbs as of today

my two mains problems are i get tired easy as fuk and am lazy as shyt :sadcam: , ive joined other gyms about 3 times in my life and have stopped going to each within 2 weeks but i think that had more to do with the fact i went with dudes that was already beastin

help me out brehs what some simple exercises i can do to ease me into the gym/healthy life , i want to start off going like twice week for like 30-45min and gradually increase

cheap is better as long as they have free weights

id try Westside's for skinny b*stards or SL depending on how hard ur willing to go

both are in the gym directory i think

For energy you probably want to do cardio. Early morning cardio on an empty stomach really wakes you up nice.

i would be going after work sometime between 6pm-8pm, should i go straight with weights or start off doing some tredmill running?

is the tredmill a good warmup?

props on those links MM think am going to start with the 5x5

Also stick through it.

The first 2 weeks will be a chore to do, and you'll have the :beli: every time you realize you have to go to the gym.

But push through it.

After the first 2-3ish weeks when you start to see your body sculpt you'll go  at the thought of going to the gym.

I think you should start light, with high rep (12-15) for about 2-3 sets per exercise for a month (or atleast 3 weeks)

Get you a routine you like to help your goals then start light to work on form, muscle memory, and stamina. Then go into the basic routine for the exercise. If you used to workout before, then getting back into the swing of things should take like a month or 2 at the most

I would advise not going between 6-8 if possible. Thats primetime in most gyms, more idiots hogging up equipment, packed locker rooms etc.

If u dont have any other time then cool. I would suggest start out with something you enjoy that will get you active: swimming, basketball, boxing, running. Then gradually add in a weights workout over time.

I work 8-5 I would have to go either 6-8 or later, not a morning person

6:00 (central time) is a rough time for my gym ... but by 7, it's cleared out pretty good.

I take my kid to basketball from 7:20-9, and that's my favorite time to go to the gym (aside from sunday, when no one goes). I have my run of the place.

Also I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but you gotta get that diet in check. If you're goin to the gym for a few weeks and you're eatin like shyt, that's a good way to see no results and get de-motivated. Take it from someone who lifted during their first year with a shytty diet and saw minimal results. Once you get that diet down + proper workouts: :smugdraper:

Just stack good days on top of good days and you'll see results breh.
