I weight about 270(not sure) im muscular not cut tho. Today is my day to do back exercises. I wanna get my pull reps up, im only able to do 5 good for in a row, should I hit the weights or just do body weight exercises?
as far as getting your pullup reps up, just keep doing them and they'll go up. maybe do 3 sets to failiure or first 2 sets close to failiure and then last set to failiure.
