Just bought one and started using it a couple of days ago...my shyt hurts.
This shyt is kind of straining my lower back. When you come up is your back supposed to be straight or bent a little? I've been reading conflicting info.
same here, i stopped doing the full range of motion. lower back was status. conflicting info aint helping
So how far up do you go?
it think i stay about 6 inches off the ground. when i would go all out and damn near have my abs hit the floor, thats when my lower back would hate me. some shyt was saying its a sign of a week core. so i said fukkit and not go all the way down, i still feel it in my abs, and not my back
I don't even know whether it's coming up or going down thats fukking with my lower back. I just know since I started my lower back doesn't feel right.
