What im getting at is Boxing trainers rarely update their gym mindset, they bend doing the same shyt since the 70's
Im trying to cut my shyt fast, so is it better to save Ab Days for once a week and recover?
Or do I get a little 15 min work in every gym session (what I've been doing)
