That's it, thats the trick.
When you lifting try lifting with yo eyes closed, this will force you to be careful & therefore have perfect form.
You will control the movement very well with a healthy tempo(lifting speed).
This will increased time under tension and that combined with good form will result in more muscle gainz.
Bench press or squat is not possible, & overhead presses difficult but doable if u not a rookie.
But great for biceps, delts & tris but maybe not for the big lifts.
