Saw this today and it was raw as fukk. It's a bare bones story of survival in prison with almost no dialogue and what little dialogue there is in Thai is often not even subtitled to really give you that feeling of being trapped in hostile territory and not knowing what the fukk anyone is talking about.
The musical score is also very little more than haunting noise and echoes capturing the stress, pain and fear of main character Billy Moore, filmed largely with claustrophobic close-ups for good measure. Depressive as fukk but harrowing as hell.
