What's the best way to do this?

I figure that doin 10 sets of 10 push ups on a daily is probably the easiest...any other tips on how to get upper body strength going again after a long period of not working out?

Also, I want to bulk up...it seems I'll never weigh more than 170 ever again. I just skate and walk for the time being.
