That's my point. It's unhealthy to take extreme measures toward your physical fitness.To be fair, there's a difference between just trying to be fit and being a bodybuilder.
The thing with bodybuilders is a lot of them end up having heart attacks at young ages due to abusing steroids and generally consuming a lot of calories.
