I usually do a full body workout 3 days a week. Trying to find something new to do. Not trying to necessarily get jacked more like explosive and maybe cardio based. Also core strength.
I’m on an a/b pattern right now like workout A is
Squats
Bench
Pendlay rows
Face pulls
Tricep exercise
B
Deadlift
Shoulder press
Db or bb lunges
Lat pull downs/pull ups
Ab work
Bicep exercise
It’s nothing crazy and it’s worked good for me so far just getting old. Only can hit the gym 3-4 days a week. Should I stick with this or Maybe go more plyometric based for a bit
