A good ab workout

On my off days I usually try to do a little cardio mixed with some ab workouts
I know most workouts work out ya core but I wanted to do something ab specific
Problem is crunches and sit ups be hurtin my back
Anything that's not so taxing on the back?

I went on a diet starting on February but for the last two weeks I broke that diet :sadcam: I sort of feel like I gained some belly fat :wow:

I'm on a strictly tuna diet right now. No carbs at all :damn:

no ab workouts are just to build the ab muscle and sculpt it and strengthen the core ...to lose belly fat you need to do cardio and eat the right mix of calories and probably less

the ab workouts will strengthen your core and sculpt your abs but you won't see it if you have too much body fat and you have to lose body fat all over your body you can't spot reduce fat unless its a surgery procedure

so you still need at least 3 days of intense cardio followed by steady state. What i do for cardio is on the treadmill i Walk for one minute on 3 then run on the 9 speed for 2 minutes and follow that 1 minute walk two minute run pattern for 15 minutes then I put it back to 3 and I put up the incline to 10 for the next 15 minutes and I do steady state cardio...on my cardio days I do ab supersets like planks renegade rows hanging leg raises etc before I do cardio

you have to find a meal plan that gets you the right macronutrients I would honestly pay someone who is an expert at making the meal plan for you

go on the coaching section and this guy can get you a workout plan meal plan and an hour skype session for around 200 dollars you send him your pics and he will give you what you need based on the type of body you want if you want to focus on body fat loss the meal plan will be tailored to food you like to eat but you need to measure your calories and try to cook natural foods as much as you can

I paid 3 grand for liposuction on the bottom part of my belly
