The expectation is that Wemby will make the team better. So I probably wouldn’t expect the kind of season that gets them a Top 3 2024 draft pick.
But if they’re in that 7 to 14 draft slot area, they could use their cache of picks to trade up if someone really good is available. Especially if none of the Spurs guards elevate their game and show a top level ceiling this year.
Or if they choose to move on from Keldon.

I don't see us keeping Cedi. This year is all about the young guys we have. They'll eat the salary and waive him.
