So many great episodes. Tupac, the Riots,etc. Still could do a reboot with all that going on now and I think it'll be a hit. Better than some of these silly reality TV shows.

So many great episodes. Tupac, the Riots,etc. Still could do a reboot with all that going on now and I think it'll be a hit. Better than some of these silly reality TV shows.

A lot of the topics are too real to be aired today. Cause social media will 'cancel' anything that offends people.

This show was ehhh. I don't remember any funny moments and the most memorable episodes felt like afterschool specials

With that being said it was dope seeing a show about the HBCU scene get shine in primetime. For the 80s it was ahead of its time.

The cushy time slot between The Cosby Show and Cheers helped it stay in Top 5 shows for 4 of its 6 seasons.
It fell to #17 in its fifth season and #71 in its final season. I'm sure that's due to the show being damn near unrecognizable in the last season.
