Former three division world champion Adrien Broner unleashed the fury ... of his wallet -- spending a cool $10,000 to scoop up a ton of toys for kids today, and even personally handed 'em out.

Hundreds of kids showed up for the giveaway at a boxing center in Broner's hometown of Cincinnati. The former champ tells TMZ Sports he organized the toy drive in conjunction with the Toys For Tots Foundation, and pulled up with an army truck full of loot.

Broner said he loves "to see the joy and happiness on their faces" -- and promised a second round of action ... when he hands out more toys in the same spot on December 22.

Nice that he did that, and that he's doing it again, but I swear he's going to be broke someday. I hope it doesn't happen, but I cringe at the thought of him throwing money around only to be broke and and a has-been somewhere down the road.

nikkas just can't leave the negativity out of a thread where broner is doing something great for kids.

Props to broner. He probably did more that day for those kids than a lot of people will ever do. Nothing but respect.
