It's out, but not as a release where anyone can see it. There are a few snags. Colleges and film festivals keep asking for screenings of it so they're still touring the film. Beyond that, the sample clearances needed to sell the movie would be ridiculous, so I think they will eventually release it for free. Or if this Kickstarter goes through, they will just give it for free to people who are helping to support the new one about 9th at Harvard.

But as of right now you can't just download the movie off a torrent or anything. But if it's screening in your area you can go and see it.

This website keeps updates about screenings as well as info on how to bring it to your city. Also, on July 1st, if the Kickstarter goal is reached, I'm sure it will flood the net because someone will put the digital download on a torrent somewhere. But for now...
