9 years since the finale..... I think you can finally admit the GENIUS of the Sopranos series ending

They still do, the last episode had moments that were good but overall a huge disappointment for a great series.

They didn't know how to end it so they just.....ended it. Ain't no mystery.

they were smart enough to know that no ending would have sufficed. the show was too deep and too layered for them to just go with a cookie cutter ending... i.e. "tony gets whacked", "tony goes to jail"

people weren't sure how to digest the ending when it first aired but at the same time wine doesn't taste as good when it's first made, it has to age first.

The ending of this show is why I don't understand why internet people get up in arms about Spoilers in current day, the ending it was openly discussed on the news the very next day

Basically if you couldn't watch the Sopranos finale live for w/e reason but watched the news the next day, you knew how the show ended.
