8Ball’s Almost Famous album doesn’t get talked about.. Why is that??

I’ve been in the house smoking some hookah and decided to play 8Ball’s sophomore album….







Album had some tunes on it, not to mention the video for Stop Playin Games



Dude was ridin big before it became a thing

Why did people sleep on this?


He had Nitti produce the majority of the album(Yes, the same Nitti that produced “It’s Goin Down” for Yung Joc.

So many classic records... timeless records that ain't going nowhere

He had every type of song you could think of too

Needed more marketing for casuals but if you were looking for it you couldn't miss him and MJG

It was a disappointing album, I copped when it dropped. Sh*t had a few cool songs but it was mostly garbage.

in Real time, This wasnt slept on, it's just that it came out during one of those weird pockets of time in the 00s where culturally things werent moving like that and nobody really talks about it. 8ball's badboy run was one of the brightspots during that time. I remember Jada jumping on the stop playing games remix. 8ball and MJG definitly had a lot of traction mainstream-wise for that time.

Probably cuz it gets overshadowed by his "Lost" album, which was an absolute classic
