Hell yea he a real one. I grew up training just like he did. Every set to failure. I learned it from an older cousin. The black bodybuilders from back in the day didnt get the props they should've got. The super OG who I wish I had to mentor me was Leroy Colbert. RIP to my goat. His youtube is still up. He still had his arms in his 80s as well

Damn I forgot about him. I remember he used to call out all the fake natty body builders He even gave Chris Jones(POG, Pump Chasers) his props for being a real natural and not leading the young dudes astray with all the supplements while behind the scenes they are juicing.Hell yea he a real one.
