Everyone should now be able to access the User Smilie menu - http://www.thecoli.com/account/smilies
For smilies that are just faces, keep them at a max height of 87 px. You can edit the dimensions in imgur before adding them here. So If you're getting oversized face only smilies from http://www.pngfaces.com/ , either save & resize then upload to imgur, or upload the png url to imgur, resize then add it. Big face smilies will be deleted.
There's no option to upload to us directly this time so I suggest making an account at imgur.com to host your own. Your user smilies will be on the bottom of the smiley drop down menu.
Right now it seems like you can use other people's smilies by typing their code. We're gonna have that changed soon.
We had something else planned but it got held up at the last second because of a bug. It should be dropping in a few days though so we'll reup this thread when its ready
