:blessed: I just saw that today was the anniversary. Thank you to all the people who worked hard for this and to those who gave their lives.
yes thank you all to those people..At the same time we have disgraced their legacy by sitting on our collective asses and progressing forward, socially or financiall...The African American today is still in the same position that he was in yesterday in 1964..and in many ways there has been a regression considering the other cultures and ethnicities that have moved in and now dominate the African American in every facet of society..shameful

60 years isn't very long ago. Yet people see a bunch of black and white photos and say that we need to move on and get over it and it doesn't affect us anymore
