@diggy
Ok so the breh Diggy hooked me up, thanks breh, may Allah bless you. BSL shipped this thing in like 2 days by usps, pretty good service if you ask me. I've never done a log, and don’t really follow logs, so I'm going to try my best. I won’t be taking Angel Dust for pre workout everyday but occasionally will.

First Impression: Nice bottle (little demonic with the female bodies in the shadows, but artistic)

Flavor: Watermelon, the flavor was ok, it didn’t taste disgusting, but nothing to write home about, mixes really well.

DISCLAIMER: Not bulking or cutting at the moment. I lift light and don’t really follow conventional workout routines.

Day 1: Chest/Tris
Incline Barbell bench: didn’t really see any real gains (this is the first workout with this stuff though) Just did my usual 5 sets of 8-10 of 185lb. last set was a drop set down to 135
Barbell Bench: Again the same thing as the incline, but 5 sets of 10 reps at 225, 205, 185, 155, 135.
Incline Flys: really light, 5 sets, 10-15 reps each. 25lb an 30 lb dbs.
Flat flys: Same as ^^^^
Tricep Pull downs: 5 Sets 10 Reps each, 25,35,40,45,25

I had some other exercises but those really don’t matter since I couldn’t even complete my sets due to them dudes in the gym with no manners, who be hopping on your machine without asking.

Overall 1st day impression: Its pretty good, it doesn’t make you go crazy mentally like superpump max, but you do get focused, and you can definitely feel the burn when working out, even when not lifting extremely heavy. So far I would recommend this to the breh world (oh yea and when you take it, you take a phat dookie before going to the gym like most pre workouts)

so Day 2 I hit Back and Bis, didnt want to use angel dust, but the thing about pre workout is, once you get on them, you get kind of addicted, at least I do.

Honestly, this workout was a few days back, but I didnt see incredible strength gains yet, but the focus, and recovery time is great. I have to force myself out the gym.

Day 3, I hit Shoulders, definitly felt an increase in strength, more reps getting pushed out (pause) too. Sorry for the lack of details, but I forget things pretty easily, plus its 8 Am and im still sleepy. :manny:
