9:00 AM PT -- Another court date has been set for next month. 50 is required to be there.
8:59 AM PT -- 50's up. The judge just read out the protective order against him, which prohibits 50 from possessing any guns. He's also prohibited from contacting Daphne Joy in any way, and can't come within 100 yards of her. As for the domestic violence charges, 50 pled not guilty.
8:50 AM PT -- 50 is sitting in the back of the courtroom waiting for his case to be called. We're told the accuser is not present at the moment.
7:49 AM PT -- 50 just arrived to court. The hearing is expected to begin shortly.
50 Cent is about to appear in an L.A. courtroom ... to face charges he roughed up a woman who claims to be the mother of the rapper's child, TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Fiddy was charged with domestic violence after he allegedly kicked model Daphne Joy and then destroyed a bunch of property in her L.A. condo back in June.
During the rampage, officials say the 37-year-old rapper broke chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp -- and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet.
Joy told investigators 50 is the father of her child -- though 50 has never publicly acknowledged fathering a child with Joy.
50 denies the allegations.
