About to go 3 days in a row to complete my week starting tomorrow...

I did DEADLIFTS the last day of my 5th week (Back/Leg day).

Was unsure if I was properly doing them because it's been so long.

Someone post a video of the best technique, describe with type as well.

And do yall use the barbell or the DEADLIFT barbell to do them?

I heard the barbell (straight) is best so I'll use that this coming time.

I ask this cause I was doing 275 lbs. for reps and didn't even get sore the next day :beli:
