Now, Black professionals are turning to entrepreneurship at unprecedented rates. As a result, the number of Black-owned businesses in the U.S. is sitting at 30% above pre-pandemic levels.
The failure of companies to make cultural changes that enable the retention of Black tech workers is all the more reason why there is a critical need for more Black founders in tech.
