37 out of 42 Clinics To Be Cut in Round Two of Anti-Abortion TX Bill

its a republican thing that has happened in a couple states, basically the bill raises the bar for what the standards are for of abortion clinics knowing that the majority of clinics do not meet these standards pretty much banning abortion. rick perry called a special session a couple weeks ago where they tried to pass this and they would have except for a long filibuster and protesters interrupted the proceedings and they weren't able to pass the bill before midnight. so rick perry called another special session to try to pass it again.
