Would Lakers have had a chance if healthy?

Nah. Phil had put Pippen on Magic after losing game 1 and he immediately presented problems for Magic
Lol i hate this myth. Jordan got in foul trouble and thats why phik switched scottie on buck. After that jordan went back to guarding magic. There was so many cross matchups that series you had jordan guarding vlade at times

That Laker team was a “healthy” third in the west team and needed the Blazers to do their classic choking they always did to survive.

Folks want to pretend that this Lakers tram was special? :russ:

This was around the time I got into basketball and became a Jordan fan 4 life. Also the official transition from Magic to MJ being the best player in the league (since the top 3 was Magic, Bird, and MJ for a good five year stretch at that point).
