I just recently on a rewatch noticed that one crazy muthafukker threw nut at Clarice :russ: I somehow never saw the scene or always missed it.

didn't realize it until recently too :mjlol:

cable I guess always edited it to just being Clarice shook of him or they just cut that part out...when I realized what happened tho :picard::sadcam::scust:

Hannibal escaping the hospital is a favorite scene of mine:wow:

the misdirection, the tension, the score, the acting...masterful filmmaking :wow:

Great sequence. Few parts always crack me up especially how when the police bust into the room where Lector was held. Also how did he have the time to string up the cop and cut is stomach out. And then change clothes, cut off dudes face then put him on top of the elevator just right. :russ:

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
The first time I watched Silence of the Lambs, I did not like the film. In fact, I bought it in 2004, watched it, wasn't impressed, and put it away to collect dust. Idk why, but maybe I had to adjust my ADD or something, but the next summer I got it back out, and that's when I started to appreciate it. It's one of my favorite thrillers, if not the best.

I loved Hannibal's introduction. In the first 15 minutes, you hear about the horrible, unspeakable things that he has done...

And then, Clarice goes down the hallway and she sees a bunch of riff raff, but then she gets to Hannibal's cell, and you're expecting a big brutish looking man,. Instead, you see a polite, soft talking man who starts off the conversation with, "Good morning."

It's not until a few minutes later that you realize this guy is a monster. A smart and cunning monster. Just waiting for the right moment to get out. A GOAT introduction for a villain.

Unless y’all watched the edited version how’d y’all not notice that? You think Hannibal just got mad for no reason? Lol

There was time. They didn’t notice anything until the elevator started moving because no one was supposed to coming down. Then they heard the shot.
