very true, however, if you don't build muscle you will simply lose weightMore like 30 days of clean diet>>>>doing random crunches
it's great for cardio but not muscle building. DO NOT exclude it from your routine. Simply add this. You should see results in 2 weeks, max; especially if you have a good diet.i'll try it.

Thank youThere are plenty of exercises more efficient than doing 100's of situps. You wouldnt do 100 reps of squats, bench press, deadlifts etc...

That's the thing that gets me about fitness advice... Ripped dude at my gym told me the abs as a muscle group don't need nearly as much rest as others and a well conditioned athlete should be able to hit them 6 times a week with out detriment.Thats way too many workouts on abs in a week. If u lift regularly and eat clean u only need to do ab exercises like 2 or 3 times max a week. Lots of Rest is much needed and i dont see it with that schedule
