But...it's nepotism specifically because he could be the next Kyle Shannahan lmao. Maybe this guy is talented, like Kyle, but the point is that he gets to walk right through the door while non-connected people might take 10-15 more years to get there. Even more if you're black.
You know how you can be looking at wikipedia and end up clicking on various shyt, and 30 minutes later you're looking at all types of stuff? I do that often with football coaches. For instance earlier today I was looking at Steve Wilks, the Panthers DC who is trying to become a HC this year

In 5 years he went from being a grad assistant to an OC. Since then he was OC for multiple teams (for short periods of time) before getting a HC job. How many unconnected guys do that? How many black guys do that?
