if dude was some hulking figure and could actually pose a threat to the officers (not eric garner because that was murder too) then I MAY understand it (probably not if dude is unarmed)
but breh if you got 5 cops on some guy who weighs 180 pounds who's acting erratic with no weapon and he ends up dead, that's murder.
