can't the AG of wisconsin put out a warrant on Elon? obviously he won't get fed charges, but this bullshyt needs to be stopped immediately

edit; he is. good
In theory he could bring up state charges, but I doubt AG want to go against the justice department whom trump will openly use as a personal attack dog

this is the kind of shyt the Dems should be doing. Elon is blatantly breaking the law, Bondi knows it, and the WI AG would crush her

@MushroomX whats this I’m hearing about our SC rejecting Kaul trying to block the payments :sadcam:

Reading this, the challenge was to Block the Payments from Happening. Not in a sense stop Musk from doing this action, but now that Elon did proceed, Kaul can investigate Musk.

The entire destiny of humanity is in your hands, @MushroomX :sadcam:

The lines were pretty long on Friday in Wauwatosa (bytch-ass Scott Walker's old homebase, now a solidly left suburb.) They snaked down two flights of stairs and took about an hour to get through - that's probably about as long as I can remember for a race that isn't presidential, senatorial or gubernatorial.

There's a lot more on our ballot that's not being reported nationally but has a lot of impact here: State school superintendent (clear ideological delineation between candidates), local school board candidates (same deal), and countywide judges. Plus, there's purposely vague language to amend existing voter ID laws statewide and attempts to make it easier to stack the local school board with right-wingers. I did my part to save humanity. :youngsabo:

If I was a Trump cabinet member or a GOP congressman on Ways & Means I'd be excited about Elon being such a fukking idiot. You cannot make every offseason race an existential event because if you lose it looks worse for you. Republicans could have denied reality and kept the media off their back until the Virginia governor race in November, which they're gonna get annihilated in. Instead Elon is gonna make every election from now until then a media event. And given that Trump does not like losers, he won't react well to Elon stacking Ls. I think the dem wins tomorrow, and there's a special election soon in Florida that dems are favored in.

Should it go well for Wisconsin and Florida, Trump has to consider stabbing Musk in the back. Because the last thing Trump needs is Musk to continue to stacking loses up to 2026 in which losing the House fukks up any 3rd Term bullshyt but also losing the Senate would lead to impeachment.
