This idiot has been shouting from the rooftop that the housing market is going to crash for the past 4 years. Still hasn't happened. Even the cherrypicking of states like Texas and Florida doesn't work because people who bought in 2021/2022 are better off. The price they bought was still cheaper, they have a much better interest rate and saved on property taxes/insurance compared to someone who bought recently. He's gotten rich selling fear and his ignorant subscriber doesn't even realize he is a real estate consultant that has been buying homes.
This guy does the exact same thing. Only recently has he shifted his platform to "everyones going to lose their job". Same doom rhetoric. His content is only slightly less aggravating because I'd rather see a black person make money off this content.
I've been following him on and off for the past 2 years. Guys like Jaspreet put all these arbitrary suggestions up to not buy until you have 20% down, 6 months emergency fund, no debt, meanwhile they were buying condos and fixer-uppers on personal credit in their early 20's skating by until they could get a return on their investment. Telling people to rent but I guarantee 90% of his Detroit tenants are yuppie white millennials
And lets get on to the President-ReElect. Trump was calling Bitcoin a ponzi scheme years ago, now saying "US will be the crypto capital of the planet".
Says he hates electric cars, gets an endorsement from Elon Musk and does a 180. Says he will lower prices, but wants to ban Chinese vehicles because of safety (as if Teslas and Fords don't have recalls every year for breaking down at 70mph and catching on fire).
Doesn't have a plan for housing, neither side did. Their idea of "making homes affordable" is to build on Federal land, which is in rural America where theres nothing but Waffle House, Dollar General, a Gas Station, and Confederate Flags within a 20 mile radius. They'd rather just push all poor working class people out of the cities. This won't happen either because there is not even enough labor to make this happen for another decade minimum (new homes, widening roads, new grocery stores, hospitals, etc).
But back to Elon, I had some Tesla stock way back (like 2018) bought at under $200 and sold it later for a small profit. Checked the stock recently and saw it was $430. Wasn't bummed because I despise the guy, the company and thats less than a 200% increase. Then realized it was over a 600% increase because there was a 3-for-1 Stock split
Dow Jones at all time highs, stocks way up, GDP up because people won't stop running up debt. It seems like everyone who doesn't have significant money in Real Estate Stocks/Crypto/Bullion/etc is going to be locked out of the middle-class and higher. Scared money don't make money I guess.
