I won't argue your point regarding Shapiro, but Kelly is still a much better pick than walz, unless Kelly doesn't want the job.

Combat vet and astronaut is the resume of a president in a Hollywood movie. Kelly fought in the Gulf War and that's probably the last war that the American people supported. Kelly brings in more overall voters than anybody else on the Dem bench.

My only issue with Kelly is I'm not sure how effective of an attack dog he is, he seems a little too nice.

Kamala needs somebody that'll go on offense against Trump and Vance. But maybe I just need to look up some debate clips from Kelly

That court should no longer exist imo. And no judge should have a lifetime appointment. It needs to be a process to remove them easier.

Is this a threat?

Give the Dems the House and a Senate filibuster proof majority and you get all the Supreme Court reform.

Constitution says they serve for life, but it doesn't say where. You can rotate in new federal judges as much as you like, and move old judges to new districts. That's an easy fix.

Harder fix is expanding the Court and even that is doable with a suitable majority. Hell you give them enough seats in Congress, you might even be able to change the Constitution and introduce term limits

Biden is deploying fighter jets and Navy warships to the middle east to engage in this conflict, you think a regional war sparking off with US troops getting in the mix ain't gonna have any impact on the election? People don't have to know a lot about the history of the conflict to be activated by flag draped caskets coming back.
