I read comments from obvious MAGAts and it blows my mind how much they do the following things (and I see it here too):

  1. Argue in bad faith
  2. Argue about shyt that ain't gotta go with shyt
  3. Insult you
  4. Gaslight you

The last one blows my mind because who are you trying to convince that what we're seeing and what we're hearing isn't the correct interpretation or isn't real at all? Yall keep trying to tell us the comments about Black people Puerto Rico at the rally wasn't racism and who the fukk are you trying to convince? Last I saw, jokes were supposed to be funny. Jokes have a setup, they build expectations, a punchline that subverts those expectations, those comments had none of that. Who are you trying to convince?

And also it's the location of where the jokes took place .

If he had just been a comedian at a normal set and then he bombed on stage and they weren't funny that's in the context of a comedic stand up. However poor taste it is

The fact that he did that in front of that crowd with that president at that location at that event, there was no illusion of what he was conveying. Said everything everyone already knew. They use jokes to say how racist they were but they wanted to give themselves cover by giving comedian to say it.
