Idk what frustrates me more
Between this and seeing how bum fukk states like Montona where trump can win a state with 200k voters

if they're so stupid and easily manipulated, then this shouldn't be hard

im in awe of how the dnc's default state is making excuses for themselves at this point

My Dad and I kept having the same argument, I would say Dad, it' doesn't matter what the Fed is doing, or what the rate of inflation is to most people. He would insist the economy was great. Me? I pay from a fat roll of $100 bills, but working people are hit in the gut hard the last few years. Like I would never tell that clerk the economy is great. but that's what has been going on.
I agree I’ve seen similar grumblings but the difference is I know the problems were there when Trump was there and before.

And to be fair to Harris/Biden they never gave the impression the work was done. They always have said they have more work to do.

Trump ain’t got the cure. I’m not sure why people think he does.

Housing and Insurance been out of control. People have known hedge funds/ Black Rock have been buying houses since 08.

The only difference is people got used to 2 and 3 percent fed rates as normal when it’s not. And it shouldn’t be.

Kamala didn't run as a progressive. Progressive measures did well in red ass Missouri and Florida (they just rigged the vote).
this isn't really true, but either way, she was perceived as one, because she was a black woman who's on tape saying we should eliminate fracking, private health insurance, and pay for tranny surgery for illegal immigrants. her words in the race meant little; she was perceived as a progressive

this is a stupid take. the electorate was to the right of kamala, and your answer is to go farther left

learn nothing, brehs :mjlol:

if you wanna be "populist leftists", stop pandering to trehs and illegal immigrants. that is NOT POPULAR.
The electorate was not to the right of Kamala. Abortion initiatives, weed initiatives, etc. outran her by huge margins. Dems won statewide races in Trump states, including Tammy Baldwin, who literally supports Medicare for All :dead:

You just never learn. Two times losing to Trump isn’t enough

You just said nothing.

Biden won. Kamala didn't. You can talk about what polls in July said all you want but polls in July mean nothing. I said it at the time, the reason why Biden won in 2020 was because a lot of those same suburban cacs in the Rust Belt are willing to vote for another white man...

They didn't vote for Clinton. They didn't vote for Kamala. It's simple math.

josh shapiro would have probably beaten trump. she did not lose for being "not far left enough"; that's utterly laughable. why did lombardo beat sisolak? because sisolak governed as a far left p*ssy, who had us masking longer than anyone in the country, killing businesses, fukking up the economy

The electorate was not to the right of Kamala.
well, that's a stupid take, given that the winning side went to the right of kamala. when the right side beats the left side that is where the electorate was.

it's a combo of everything :yeshrug:

that's why we had to dump both biden AND kamala. the country was done with the 2020-2024 era

and i'm not saying newsom definitely wins, but he at least wins ONE fukking swing state :hhh:and i think shapiro definitely beats trump. 100%
I think Newsom wins just look at the contrast between him and Trump. :dead:

Democratic Party voters are primarily party partisans - been trying to people that for years. It’s not in anyway reflective of how a general election will go. So “party people” get institutional support but that doesn’t mean shyt in a general election, which is about people who are not diehards. Is it any surprise that Democrats last two, two-term presidents were not who the party was lining up behind (Clinton, Obama)? The one thing Republicans get right is that they go with where their voters are going and ride that wave.
2015 we had Hilary bogarting the nomination even making Biden stand down. 2020 we had everyone besides Bernie coalescing around Biden. And we don’t even have to go into 2024. So maybe we might have a more organic candidate next election. The Dems have some options. I just know I’m tired of the old guard and Obama affiliates
