I'm 26 and my dad old as shyt lol, he had me when he was in his 40s he's 74 now, born in 1950
He was 18 in 1968, barely missed out on headed to Vietnam bcuz he manages to get to college, first in my family to do so
Disheartening seeing the same fear mongering nonsense he used to talk about with Nixon be repeated and met with overwhelming success 60 years later
Did what I personally could but Dem mismanagement 2 of the last 3 presidential elections, and its refusal to learn from the obvious is sobering and at least rn I couldn't be more disillusioned right now
