I think she lost. She’s down more than 60K votes, the largest remaining number of outstanding votes is Milwaukee county. She’s winning 2/3 of them but only 200K votes remaining so will only add around 60K votes. Add up all the tiny counties where trump leads and he’ll end up winning.
