2019 New Year fitness goals?

I usually just go in and do the usual. Never made a resolution of fitness goal.
This year, I am going to set a weight loss goal of getting down to 169 lbs. I don't have any personal best lift goals. I had surgery this year and doing heavy squats and dead lifts are now out of the picture. :flabbynsick:

Completely being strict with my diet and sticking to it

Constantly searching and reading about health and fitness filling my brain up

Try my best to ignore others at the gym and focus only on myself care less if I’m a dikk

Keep pushing to the wheels fall off

Reach 175 lbs this year.. or early next year. I'm at 155 currently.

Take up boxing for a cardio and to learn techniques
Get my weight back down to 160, loose my protruded belly and cellulite for good by eating clean and watching my sugar consumption

Stay leaner for longer, I was pretty much just lean for Summer.

But wanna get to stage when I am lean all year around, wanna be in mid 80k all year. I know I can do it, by keeping on Keto much longer and not treating it just like a "diet" and make it my lifestyle
